What is is & how does it work?

This portal is an internal feature (customers cannot view or access it), but it pulls data directly from their accounts. It allows your team members to directly view and manage information on each customer account, from updating their current plans and billing information, to viewing a detailed history of what plans they’ve been on in the past.

The portal works in conjunction with the other Wingback suite of tools,however it is not required to activate this portal for other ones to work. Some key benefits of Wingback are greatly enhanced or only available by using this portal.

Getting Started with the Customer Management Portal

  • Access the Customer Management Portal: Log in to your Wingback account and navigate to the Customer Management Portal from the main dashboard.
  • Search and Filter Customers: Use the search and filter functionalities to quickly locate specific customer accounts based on criteria such as name, email, subscription plan, or billing status.
  • View Customer Profiles: Click on a customer’s name to access their comprehensive profile, containing contact information, subscription details, billing history, and usage statistics.
  • Manage Subscriptions: Within the customer profile, navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab to view, modify, or cancel the customer’s current subscription, as well as manage renewals and plan changes.
  • Handle Billing: Address billing inquiries by navigating to the “Billing” tab within the customer profile. From here, you can issue refunds, apply credits, update payment methods, and review invoice details.

All of this is meant to simply the management of customer accounts, subscriptions, and billing information. It allows you to effectively monitor and manage customer data and address their customer support needs promptly.
